**TERMS & CONDITIONS
Synastar Outsourcing Private Limited (Visa & Immigration Services)**These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Synastar Outsourcing Private Limited, having its registered office in New Delhi, India (“Company”, “Synastar Outsourcing”, “We”, “Our”), to the client (“Applicant”, “You”, “Your”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms mentioned below.
1. Scope of Services
Synastar Outsourcing provides visa, immigration, documentation and manpower-related services including:* Visa eligibility assessments
* Documentation and application support
* Guidance on immigration requirements
* Coordination with employers or overseas partners (where applicable)
* Recruitment and manpower deployment support
* Pre- & post-visa advisory
2. Client Responsibility
The Applicant agrees to:* Provide accurate, truthful and complete information at all times
* Submit all documents requested for visa processing
* Disclose any previous visa refusals, bans or legal issues
* Ensure timely submission of required documents
* Cooperate with Synastar Outsourcing during the entire process
Any misinformation, concealment of facts, fabricated documents or fraudulent activity may lead to immediate termination of services without any liability on the Company.
4. Documentation Accuracy
Synastar Outsourcing relies entirely on documents provided by the Applicant. The Company is not responsible for:* Errors, omissions or inconsistencies in the documents submitted
* Delays caused due to insufficient or incorrect documentation
* Rejections arising from incomplete or misleading information
The Applicant must ensure all certificates, employment documents and personal information are authentic and verifiable.
5. Fees & Payments
* All service charges paid to Synastar Outsourcing are professional fees for consultancy, documentation and processing assistance.* Embassy fees, biometric fees, medical fees, attestation charges, ticketing, insurance and government fees are not included, unless specified.
* All payments made to the Company are non-refundable, except where Synastar Outsourcing itself is unable to provide the agreed service.
* Payment receipts will be issued for all transactions.
* GST is applicable as per government regulations.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:1. Synastar Outsourcing fails to provide the service mentioned in the service agreement.
2. The Company declines to process the case internally due to technical eligibility issues.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
* Visa rejection by embassy
* Client failing to provide required documents
* Client withdrawing or discontinuing the process
* Change in immigration laws, quotas, rules or government policies
* Rejection due to misrepresentation or fraudulent documents
* Delays caused by third-party institutions (Embassy, Employer, Govt. agency)
Processing time for refunds (if approved): 45–60 working days.
7. Change in Immigration Laws
Immigration and visa rules may change at any time. Synastar Outsourcing is not responsible for:* Changes in visa policy
* Points criteria or eligibility score changes
* Suspension of programs
* Additional requirements introduced later
* Delays caused by government authorities
The Applicant agrees that such changes are outside the control of the Company.
8. No Legal Representation
Synastar Outsourcing is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or represent clients before any:* Court
* Tribunal
* Immigration authority
* Government body
Our role is limited to consultation, documentation and procedural support.
9. Confidentiality
All client information and documents remain confidential. The Company may share documents with:* Embassies
* Employers
* Verification agencies
* Government departments strictly for visa or recruitment processing.
10. Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if:* The Applicant provides false or fraudulent documents
* The Applicant threatens, abuses or harasses staff
* The Applicant violates contract terms
No refund will be issued in such cases.
11. Limitation of Liability
Synastar Outsourcing is not liable for:* Losses due to visa rejection
* Travel or accommodation bookings
* Job loss or employment disputes
* Delays caused by external authorities
* Rejection due to incomplete, false or misleading information
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of professional fees paid to us.<

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.14. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for our services or making any payment to Synastar Outsourcing, the Applicant acknowledges and agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
