Requirements:

Dependants of EP or S Pass holders can apply for:
- Dependant Pass – for spouse and children under 21.
- Long-Term Visit Pass – for parents or common-law partners.
Eligibility Routes:
- Professionals holding EP/S Pass for 2–3 years.
- Investors via the Global Investor Program (GIP).
- Spouse or family member of a Singapore citizen or PR.
